Fitness and cooking is a passion of mine that I am lucky enough to do as a job too. Working as a personal trainer and nutritionist over the past 4 years has taught me a lot about our bodies and they respond to how we treat them.
The biggest learning curve was last year when I entered 3 bikini fitness competitions and successfully reached the finals.
This confirmed that there are two habits that highly important factors when it comes to changing your body whether it be weight loss or muscle gain...
Diet...you are on an uphill battle if you train like a beast then eat all the wrong foods, eat too much or too little.
Consistency...whether it be eating healthy or exercising. Doing this a couple of times a week isn't enough to get you the body or health you want.
Where I come in;
With so many diets, ideas, articles, magic pills and shakes out there today it's hard to know exactly what we should eat to suit our needs.
