What happens after I've submitted an order?
I will contact you within 24 hours to confirm your order, the cost and a delivery time.
How and when do I pay?
Payment can be made via bank transfer or paypal. This must be done by 12pm every Saturday.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Any changes or amendments must be made at least 24 hours before its due for delivery. Cancellation and refunds accepted if made on the same day order is placed. No refunds after 12pm Saturday.
Can I have an alternative to something on the menu?
I will do all I can to accommodate you. I can swap vegetables, do an alternative to wedges etc. Unfortunately I can not change types of meat or fish.
Can I re heat my meals?
Yes, a full list on instructions on how to reheat will come with your order. If there is anything you are unsure of then just get in touch and we'll help you out.
Do I need to freeze my meals?
No, just pop them in the fridge on the day they are delivered and eat within 4 days.
